He has been in legal practice since 1997 working at High Street, commercial, trade union law Firms. Having represented members of the medical profession (including Doctors, nurses and consultants) in criminal and regulatory proceedings, Clayton understands the importance of pragmatic solutions for his medical clients and the impact that any criminal allegation can have upon a medical professional. Moreover, Clayton understands the potential overlap between criminal allegations being made against a medical professional with disciplinary proceedings brought by hospital trusts and GP partnerships throughout England and Wales.
