When you instruct Wilkstone Law to act on your behalf, a separate Client Care Letter and Terms of Engagement will be provided to you. Our fees will be set out in your Client Care Letter. We are committed to providing transparent pricing and will inform you of any changes to your estimated costs as your matter progresses. We accept payment by bank transfer and other agreed methods. Unpaid invoices may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
We are bound by strict professional duties of confidentiality as regulated by the SRA. All information you provide to us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where we are required to do so by law or our regulatory obligations.
